Youth Development Lead (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a Youth Development Lead to help build a Spirit-led, community-rooted youth ministry that makes Jesus known and creates genuine pathways to faith for 11–18-year-olds.
HOURS: 15–20 hours per week (including Sundays)
SALARY: £26,000 - £28,000 pro-rata (Dependent on experience)
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term until 31 July 2026.
Note: We intend on recruiting for a permanent full time position in Autumn 2026 depending on funding.
CLOSING DATE: Sunday 4 January, 2026. Interviews will be held in Preston on Thursday 8 January, 2026.
