Economics can work in two very different ways: it can serve human flourishing, or it can become an end in itself. Through the parable of the pearl of great price, Jesus gives us a different way to see wealth. A merchant, someone who understands business, value, and markets, discovers a pearl so precious that it eclipses everything he owns. He gladly gives up all he has in order to gain it.

This is the relationship Jesus calls us to: wholehearted devotion to God, with money in its rightful place.

As a church, we are exploring exploring what this means in practice, discovering together that the Kingdom of God is truly priceless, and allowing that truth to shape not just what we believe, but how we live.
